User Registration Email
A user registration email is sent by following the procedure for Registering a User.
If there is subject/body text entered in Edit fixed phrase for user registration email, that subject/body text is sent.

Email Components

| Given Name | Displays the given name of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user. |
| Tenant Name | Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email. |
| Tenant ID | Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email. |
| User ID | Displays the user ID of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user. |
| Login Information Registration URL | Displays the URL for the login information registration screen. The URL expires 7 days after the email is sent, or when login information registration is completed. |
| RICOH Account Login URL | Displays the URL for the login screen. |
- The email message appears in the language specified for Reply Email Language in User Information Settings.
- If there is subject/body text entered in Edit fixed phrase for user registration email, the email is sent in the language of the subject/body text entered, regardless of the Reply Email Language setting.
