Specifiable Characters for User Information

User ID	Specifiable characters: Single-byte alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), periods (.), underscores (_) Specifiable number of characters: 1 to 128 characters You cannot duplicate other users in the same tenant. The hyphen (-) cannot be used at the beginning. You cannot specify a string that consists of only a period (.).
Email address	Specifiable characters: ASCII characters Backslash (\) and backquote (`) cannot be used. Specifiable number of characters: 1 to 128 characters You cannot duplicate other users in all tenants (same tenant or other tenants). It conforms to RFC5321 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5321).
First/family name	Specifiable characters: Characters belonging to Unicode BMP Specifiable number of characters: 1 to 128 characters
Department Office Location	Specifiable characters: Characters belonging to Unicode BMP Specifiable number of characters: 0 to 256 characters
Password	Specifiable characters: ASCII characters Backslash (\) and backquote (`) cannot be used. Specifiable number of characters: 6 to 128 characters When password policies are specified, you must specify your password according to the password policies.
User Optional Information 1 to 15	Specifiable characters: Characters belonging to Unicode BMP Specifiable number of characters: 0 to 256 characters
